African Partners

Governments, Think Tanks & Regional Institutions

EfD African Hub collaborates with governments, regional organisations, and policy research institutions across Africa. As the Hub grows, we are actively expanding partnerships beyond the eight EfD Centre countries to institutions across the continent.

African Governments & Ministries

We provide policy research, advisory support, and training programmes designed to strengthen institutional capacity and support evidence-based decision-making in ministries of environment, finance, planning, agriculture, energy, water, mining, and natural resources.

African Union Commission

EfD African Hub engages with the African Union Commission through research, policy dialogue, and collaborative initiatives such as the Africa Think Tank Platform (ATTP), contributing to continental frameworks including Agenda 2063.

Regional & Continental Institutions

EfD African Hub collaborates with UNECA, the African Development Bank, and other regional platforms to support coordinated responses to climate change and environmental challenges facing the continent.

Non-EfD African Institutions

African universities, research institutions, and government agencies outside the current EfD Centre countries are welcomed as partners when collaborating on funded research or policy projects coordinated by the African Hub.
