Building Africa's Future

Capacity Development

EfD African Hub strengthens Africa's ability to address climate, environmental, and sustainable development challenges by investing in both people and institutions.

Our Approach

Developing Policymakers, Researchers, and Future Leaders

Through its network of eight leading universities and research centres, EfD African Hub develops policymakers, researchers, and future leaders who can translate rigorous evidence into effective policy and practice.

Africa's green transformation requires a new generation of economists and policy professionals equipped to address emerging challenges such as climate change, carbon markets, natural capital accounting, biodiversity, and sustainable energy transitions.
